    RH-FRH series benefits

    Palletizing and resorting in record time

    • The MELFA RH-FRH series SCARA robots deliver high-speed, high-precision performance with a compact space saving design and are ideal for modern automation needs
    • Designed to withstand environmental conditions, making it ideal for a wide range of applications offering a load capacity from 3kg to 20kg which arm lenghts up to 1000m
    • Internal routing of cables and air hoses prevents interfaces form cables around devices

    Made for applications in dedicated environments

    • RH-6/12/20FRH robots have protection class IP54 as standard and can be increased to IP65 by adding a bellow
    • Mulit-resistant robots with FDA compliant chemical-resistant coating and advanced sealing making them ideal for food and pharmaceutical production 
    • ESD certified and modified robots according IEC 61340-5-1:2024 / ANSI/ESD S20.20:2021 for electronic industry

    • Ultra-fast cycle times of up to 0.29 seconds and optimized motion reduces takt time, increasing throughput
    • High repeatability (+-0.012mm to +-0.015mm) ensures consistent precision in pick-and-place, assembly and handling provess for highest quality 
    • Tracking function is integrated as a standard feature to reduce cycle times and system costs 

    Ensuring the safety of the operator and equipment

    • Operators and robots share an operation area as the robot does not approach the area (Safety-Limited Position) or can continues its operation at the safety speed to secure operator's safety (Safety-Limted Speed) 
    • MELFA SafePlus safety technology support Safety functions: STO (Safe Torque Off), SS1 (Safe Stop 1), SS2 (Safe Stop 2), SOS (Safe Operation Stop), SLS (Safely-Limited Speed), SLP (Safely-Limited Position)
    • Logic for each safe I/O can be edited and in combination with the position monitoring function, a safe system can be constructed without using a Safety PLC
    • Activation the safety functions via CC-Link IE TSN Safety communication function to simplify system configuration by reducing wiring for safety devices
