We, Mitsubishi Electric Europe B. V., German Branch, are a distribution and service company for electrical and electronic products and a subsidiary of the Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in Japan.
Our company is subdivided into central divisions and product-related sales divisions, and we are represented throughout the Federal Republic of Germany with external offices providing customer service at the local level. We make full use of our Japanese roots in creating new methods of communication. Inter-cultural thinking and international business activities provides the basis for an up-to-the minute, industrial structure that sees itself not as a stagnant organisation but as a living organism. Each one of us plays a crucial part in our shared thinking and practice, and assumes responsibility for the tasks assigned to him or her.

We are responding to this challenge with a QM system that complies with DIN EN ISO 9001. To this end the system will be used to enable us to go through a period of effective organisation and operations structuring throughout the company, to detect potential errors and analyse their causes, and to prevent them from occurring using appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
This QM system is company-specific and is based on the following principles:
Our quality management system (QM System) originated in the standard, DIN EN ISO 9001 (1994 wording), and has continuously been developed still further.
An independent body (in Germany: Bureau Veritas Certification) yearly verifies the demands based on this norm and documents the result in a certificate corresponding to norm DIN EN ISO 9001.
