Cleanroom robots as standard

The robots from Mitsubishi Electric have a wide range of standard functions.

For example, most of the industrial robots in the FR series already have cleanroom certification as standard - at no extra cost.

Our SCARA robots and our vertical type robots already achieve ISO Class 7 in the standard version and even ISO Class 5 in some cases. Modified cleanroom robots with ISO Class 3 are available ex works as an option.

Our robots for higher normative requirements

Mitsubishi Electric presents a wide variety of industrial robots that cover a wide range of applications and areas of use.

Some areas of application have higher normative requirements that need to be met. For these applications, there are many different robots in the product range that can be optionally equipped with ESD certificates or ATEX certificates.

Clean room

We don't just offer robots for cleanrooms as special models - they are an integral part of our standard range.

ESD

The robots in the ESD series are specially designed to protect against uncontrolled electrostatic discharge.

Atex

Our articulated robots can be certified for ATEX Zone 2 and can therefore also be used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
