    Functionalities of the AI predictive maintenance function

    Calculation of the percentage wear of the robot's parts in real time through consumption and maintenance control

    The highly intelligent preventive maintenance function monitors consumption and maintenance based on the actual use of the robot.

    The following information can be read out:
    • Display of the percentage consumption of the robot
    • Indication of the time until inspection or replacement
    • Recommendation of a maintenance cycle
    • Divided into grease, toothed belt, gear, bearing and ball screw of the individual axes, if available

    Evaluation of product service life by means of a maintenance simulation

    The AI function Predictive Maintenance shows a simulation in the RT toolbox without a robot or online with a robot. This makes it possible to directly determine the service life of the individual components in the event of changes to the program or environmental conditions.

    -> Important decision-making basis for e.g. repositioning a robot to increase its service life

    -> Cost savings through optimization of the program or cycle time

    Notifications about upcoming maintenance prevent expensive downtime
