This solution demonstrates a fully integrated industrial automation system powered by Qi<+>PRO Control, delivering centralized control and seamless data communication / translation. Designed for smart manufacturing environments, the system connects for example to our own MaiLab/ICONICS software and a Machine Vision PC via OPC UA, enabling real-time data visualization and analysis.
At the core, Qi<+>PRO Control orchestrates the production machine, using sensor inputs to monitor processes and control actuators with precision. A Contact Image Sensor (CIS) captures high-resolution image data for quality inspection, which is analyzed by Software running on the Machine Vision PC to ensure product integrity.
Robust device communication is facilitated through OPC UA or dedicated I/O ports, ensuring synchronized operations across the system. This integrated setup empowers manufacturers with enhanced process control, condition monitoring, and automated visual inspection—driving higher efficiency, quality, and reliability.
